Our flagship product is a database application that organizes and administers the daily operations of  tree service companies. The product can track incoming phone calls and log percentages based upon the source of the inquiry. As proposals are generated the dollar volume recommended versus the dollar volume accepted are compared to show a closing rate. This sales analysis can also be produced by the type of service recommended to show sales people trends or preferences. Followup letters, lists and cards are automated for unaccepted proposals. Accepted proposals are automatically updated to active jobs along with their detail, to give good instructions to the crews. Once completed, jobs are invoiced and available for statements and aging.

For companies with PHC or spray programs the product allows scheduling, routing and automated contract renewal with the ability to upsell. Inventory, chemical control, Federal, State and local reporting are all part of the standard package.

Custom and standard reports are available for cash receipts, invoice registers, A/R lists, ATB, job costing, commissions, sales analysis, marketing letters and many, many more.....

Graphic images can be attached to database records for visual presentation, visual work orders and even before and after pictures can be shown on proposals. Scanned or hand drawn maps can be attached to customer records for precise locations and special instructions ( a picture is worth 1000 words)

Our product works with all voice input products, bar code scanners and active update links with Palm, PDA's, laptop and other mobile devices.
